1. Operator and scope
The Pailebot teaser website at pailebot.com is operated by Pailebote Digital, S.A.S. de C.V., a company established in Mexico (pailebote.com.mx). Contact contact@pailebot.com about these terms, the website or security concerns.
These terms cover this informational coming-soon website, not a software licence or a professional-services contract. Visiting is free and does not create a purchase, subscription, support agreement or charge. This version has no accounts, downloads, paid content, advertisements or public comment section.
2. A preview, not a release commitment
The site offers a glimpse of Pailebot's visual identity. “Coming soon,” maritime imagery and other teaser wording do not announce a release date, describe final functionality or promise the availability of a product in a particular territory, language or on a particular device.
The presentation may change. A local preview is not a public product release. Any future product, download or service will have the relevant information and its own applicable terms when offered.
3. Names, artwork and other materials
Names, logos, illustrations, photographs, the visual design and other materials retain their applicable intellectual-property rights. This teaser does not grant a general licence to reuse those materials or imply that you may use our branding to represent your own product as ours.
Materials expressly offered under a separate licence retain that licence. The article-text licence on Pailebot Logbook does not automatically extend to this teaser's artwork, logo or design. These terms do not limit copyright exceptions or permissions you already hold.
The self-hosted typefaces IM Fell English, Source Serif 4 and IBM Plex Mono are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Their linked notices govern those fonts, not our logo or illustrations.
Do not present a site, product or service as operated, sponsored or endorsed by Pailebot or Pailebote Digital without authorization. Links and references do not establish an affiliation or endorsement.
4. Lawful use and contact
Use the site lawfully. Do not impersonate us or others, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or deliberately interfere with the website or its infrastructure. This does not prohibit ordinary indexing, permitted reuse or lawful security reports.
Email links open your chosen email application. Send only information you have the right to share and that is necessary for your message. An initial email is not a confidentiality agreement, a services contract or a promise of a response within a specific time. Ask for an appropriate channel before sending sensitive or confidential information. Personal-data processing is described in our privacy policy.
5. External links and languages
The Logbook, company website and other linked sites are separate destinations with their own content, terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party sites; review their information before providing personal data or downloading files.
The teaser is presented in several languages. Translations can be corrected and are not promises of future product-language support. The English and Spanish legal pages aim to express the same conditions; applicable law and mandatory rights prevail over any discrepancy.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accessible, but it may contain errors or be interrupted by maintenance, technical incidents or circumstances beyond our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome from visiting the site.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, justify unlawful conduct or restrict mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. They do not alter a separate agreement you may have with us.
7. Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update the website and these terms; the date above identifies the revision. Changes do not retroactively remove permissions already validly granted under a separate licence or change a separate existing contract by themselves.
The applicable laws of Mexico govern without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. We do not require you to waive a court, competent authority or complaint process provided by law. To raise a question or concern, write to contact@pailebot.com.
